Pyruvate is a key metabolite of carbohydrate metabolism that is needed to begin the citric acid cycle, the process by which cells produce energy in the form of ATP. Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. We recommend using this product with a rigorous diet and exercise program for best results.

Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and vegetable coating.
