Source Naturals Gymnema Sylvestre helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels when used as part of your diet. This herb has been used traditionally in India for centuries and has been shown in research to support healthy glucose metabolism by mediation of insulin release and activity and enhancement of healthy pancreatic function. Gymnema Sylvestre is standardized to 25% gymnemic acids and provides the same dosage and concentration used in clinical research.
Suggested Use
1 tablet daily with a meal.
Other Ingredients
Dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, and modified cellulose gum.
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

Insulin Resistance
By: Karen on 11 May 2020I am very happy to recommend Gynmema Sylvestre because I had issues with digesting food which would sit undigested all day and I had weight gain no matter how little I ate. I do not eat carbs or sugar in anything but nothing was making a difference. I have only been on the tablets for 1 month and notice a big difference in these areas and have no cravings which is a big relief. I believe I was pre diabetic but tests did nothing to help find the reason. however Dr. Berg recommended this product and I am happy to say it has been successful.
