Siberian Ginseng is one of the most well known adaptogen herbs used to support healthy wellbeing during times of physical and mental stress. Eleutherosides, the active components in Siberian Ginseng are thought to help increase stamina and support the immune system especially during convalescence. Siberian Ginseng is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used as a tonic to support the body during periods of exertion. Also useful during convalescence. Active ingredients: Each capsule contains standardised extract equivalent to dried Eleutherococcus senticosus root 3 g (3000 mg) equivalent to syringaresinol diglucosides 1.77 mg. Directions: Adults and children over 12 only can take one capsule daily. Use only as directed. Recommended for 12 weeks followed by a 4-week break (this cycle may be repeated whenever necessary).
