Now combines two nutrients extensively researched for their benefits for bones, teeth and the cardiovascular system. Vitamin D3 promotes calcium absorption and calcium transport to bones. Vitamin K2, likewise has been shown to be critical for bone cardiovascular health through its role in the support of proper calcium metabolism in bone and vascular structures. Vitamin K2 is the most biologically active form of Vitamin K.
Suggested Use
Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement, spray 1 time under tongue, hold for 20 seconds and then swallow. Consume 1 to 2 times daily. Best when taken with a fat-containing meal.
Other Ingredients
De-ionized water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), natural fruit flavors, phospholipids (soy), rosemary extract (rosmarinus officinalis) (leaf), potassium sorbate (as preservative) and citric acid.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Caution: For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking any anti-coagulant drugs (such as warfarin, coumadin, heparin) or other medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
