Discussion: Zinc and copper share similar functions in the body. Both minerals are necessary for the development of the enzyme superoxide dismutase (S.O.D.), an important antioxidant. A proper zinc to copper ratio is important for healthy cellular and circulatory heath. The zinc and copper amino acid chelates in this product are derived from whole rice concentrate rather than ordinary soy, yeast or milk which are commonly used to chelate minerals.
Suggested Use
